| 4. ProKitchen™ Online Training Seminars |
| The ProKitchen™ Online Training Seminar is a one-day hands-on extensive training, via the internet and phone. Attendee(s) will learn and work with the complete design program. ProKitchen™ Online Training Seminars are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm central time. |
| Each attendee will need to have a quality, high-speed internet connection and a phone to attend. Attendees of the Online Training Seminars are required to have good computer and design knowledge. If they do not have good computer and design knowledge they should attend an Open Enrollment Training Seminar. We recommended using two computers during the seminar; One to view the instructors screen and one to follow the instructions. The one that is to be used for following the instructor must have the current version of ProKitchen. The attendee will call into a conference number provided by Real View. Please print the training manual from the download above before the scheduled training date. |
The fee for the Online Training Seminar is only $195 per attendee, however if registered early a discount is applied. The follow is the fee per attendee if registered early.
$165 if registered 60 days or more before the date of the scheduled seminar.
$175 if registered 45 days to 59 days before the date of the scheduled seminar.
$185 if registered 30 days to 44 days before the date of the scheduled seminar.

| 5. ProKitchen™ Open Enrollment Seminar |
| The ProKitchen™ Open Enrollment Seminar is a one-day, in classroom, hands-on intensive training where the attendee(s) will learn and work with the complete design program. ProKitchen™ Open Enrollment Seminars are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with an hour break for lunch. Lunch is off site and is not provided by Real View.

| Real View provides a trial version of the ProKitchen™ design software for your computer, pens, paper and a ProKitchen™ instruction manual. The instructor's computer display is projected onto a screen to be viewed by all attending the seminar. Designs can be saved for future reference. |
The fee for the Open Enrollment Training Seminar is only $395 per attendee, however if registered early a discount is applied. The follow is the fee per attendee if registered early.
$335 if registered 60 days or more before the date of the scheduled seminar.
$355 if registered 45 days to 59 days before the date of the scheduled seminar.
$375 if registered 30 days to 44 days before the date of the scheduled seminar.
If more than two people are attending from one company there is an additional $25 discount per attendee. Example: If two people are attending an Open Enrollment Training seminar and they register more than 60 days before the seminar the fee is only $305 per attendee from that company.

| 6. ProKitchen™ Private Training Seminars |
| The ProKitchen™ offers private one-day, in classroom, hands-on intensive training where the attendee(s) will learn and work with the complete design program. ProKitchen™ Private Training Seminars are designed to fit the needs of the hosting company.

| Private Seminars are designed for those companies that require a private training seminar for their employees only. They are in the same format as the Open Enrollment Training Seminars. The host company is required to provide the training location and all necessary equipment for the seminar. Private training seminars need to be schedule at least 60 days in advance. |
| The minimum fee for a private training seminar is $3,000 or $300 per attendee, whichever is greater and must be schedule at least 60 days before the seminar date. |
| Computer Requirements |
|
Although it is not required, we strongly recommend that those attending the seminars have a general understanding of the computer, the design process, and basic product knowledge. This will help the attendee get the full value from the seminar. |
|
To ensure seminar availability we ask that you sign up for a seminar at least four weeks in advance. We may cancel any seminar with insufficient attendance. |
